Caviar Royale is the caviar division of Nine Indochinese Dragons, founded by Mizuyo Matsumoto and Herve Blanes. We proudly represent Kaluga Queen in Vietnam, offering premium caviar products known for their exceptional quality and rich heritage.

We are the exclusive distributor of Kaluga Queen, the largest caviar producer in the world. Kaluga Queen inherits a thousand years of caviar delicacy legacy by integrating sturgeon breeding, farming, and processing at the highest standards. What we do

Farming:

Qiandao Lake boasts 573km of pure, clean waters with a clarity of up to 7 meters in a region with over 90% forest coverage, making it the perfect environment for Kaluga Queen to raise sturgeon. Kaluga Queen uses a net cage culture method that simulates the wild habitatof the sturgeon, while Qiandao Lake’s flowing waters and high level of dissolved oxygen provide a highly conducive growth environment. Coupled with a scientific natural feed management system, this allows Kaluga Queen to guarantee the high quality of its caviar.

Kaluga Queen attaches great importance to sustainable development throughout every stage of its business. Kaluga Queen has built ecological and environmental protection cages in Qiandao Lake, which protects the brand value of Qiandao Lake, and also makes the products of Qiandao Lake go to the world, making contributions to the economy and people's livelihood of Qiandao Lake. Kaluga Queen started the brand strategy of sustainable development mission oriented at the beginning of the business, hoping to pass on this beautiful vision from nature to future generations.

Processing:

Kaluga Queen employs the same manual processing method used in the area around the Caspian Sea in combination with modern European processing technology. A total of 16 complex processes - including harvesting, quality screening, mixing with salt, and canning – are completed in under 15 minutes, all in a carefully temperature-controlled environment. The caviar is processed according to the strictest international hygiene standards to ensure every can is the highest quality.
